So What I'm Saying...


..is that that's a 10 pound weight, and a cookie beneath it. You'll notice that the cookie is holding its own. So. Goal #15, Learn to cook something well... not quite accomplished yet. Not entirely sure what happened there, but that's okay.

On the positive side...

    If you are too impatient to refrigerate the dough overnight, it's ok. But 24 hours of refrigeration does improve the cookies substantially. So, bake some immediately and then bake off the rest the next day. Also, I just use standard semi-sweet chocolate chips.
